Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VDarzi marketing website and the VDarzi shop management portal (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
VDarzi is a shop management product for tailoring businesses. The Service helps shops manage customers, measurements, orders, staff, and related settings.
Accounts and access
- Portal accounts are for authorized shop staff. You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that people you invite use the Service appropriately.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is misused, insecure, or in breach of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Interfere with the Service, overload it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Upload or store content that infringes others’ rights or contains malicious code.
Shop data
Customer records, measurements, orders, and other shop content you enter remain your responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to collect and process that information in your business. We process shop data to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
VDarzi, including its name, logo, software, and website content, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your shop’s internal operations while your account is active. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law or a separate written agreement.
Website contact form
Messages sent through the contact form are treated as enquiries. Sending a message does not create a contract for paid services unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VDarzi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the portal ends.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where VDarzi operates its primary business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
